Most dispensaries have at least one or two pure CBD options. Yes you would need a marijuana card. Have you tried looking at the dispensaries on weedmaps? It can be super time consuming to look through each dispensaries menu, but it shows exactly what they sell.
Are you in San Diego? Get a med card, it's not a hard process. Then use weedmaps to browse the menus of different dispensaries. You will eventually find what you are looking for. I walked into a random dispensary today; turns out you need a med card just to browse and to even purchase cbd oil without thc. Now the dilemma is getting the med card and if it's worthwhile.
I think I remember seeing that product a few times, don't think it was cheap. Just be prepared when you get your card to say you have difficulty sleeping, etc. They may not give you the card if you don't claim a particular medical need.
